Abstract: भारत में परम्परागत अर्थव्यवस्था में जो परिवर्तन आज परिलक्षित हो रहा है यह विश्व में बदल रही अर्थव्यवस्था का ही परिणाम है इससे भारत भी अछूता नही रहा। भारतीय बाजारों में भी निरन्तर नए परिवर्तन स्पष्ट दिखाई दे रहे हैं, भारत मंे उदारीकरण की नीति लागू करने के बाद से आर्थिक नीतियों में बहुत परिवर्तन दिखाई देने लगे हैं। आर्थिक उदारीकरण का लाभ तो देशवासियों को हो ही रहा है लाभ के साथ साथ अनेक प्रकार की विसंगतियाँ भी उत्पन्न हुई जिसका सीधा प्रभाव भारती परम्परागत बाजारों और उपभोक्ताओं पर पड़ा है।
