The study deals with the concept of effectiveness, source of effectiveness, type of effectiveness and specifies of effectiveness through creativity, adaptability, leadership, subject mastery, resourcefulness, organization and friendliness which are responsible to develop the effectiveness in the teaching among teachers. Presently it looks like lethargic, conservative and careless towards his duty and a teacher never tries to remove the old techniques; improve teaching; accept new techniques in teaching and learning. From previous studies it was found that teaching effectiveness in relation to teaching methodology, teacher’s attitude, and other related variables was administered by the researcher. That’s why the researcher choose the topic teaching effectiveness in relation to their teaching aptitude of teacher which have great role in both the professional and personal development of the teacher. The study revealed that the secondary school teachers were prepared effective teaching planning; prepared and follows appropriate techniques, principles for teaching presentation in the effective manner; proper evaluation and giving direction towards the evaluation process for their students; follows and respect the time with proper discipline for effective teaching; taken some step for their teaching improvement and up to date with the modern educational technology; very low amount of difference in the teaching effectiveness observed between the male teachers and female teachers; very little amount of difference in teaching effectiveness observed between the arts teachers and science teachers; a large amount differences observed between the low experience teachers and more experience teachers and the more experience teachers were performed better than the low experience teacher in all manner of the teaching learning process.
