| Abstract: | The present study was conducted in area comes under MPKV, Rahuri jurisdiction. Data were collected by pre-tested questionnaire schedule of 150 respondents. It was found that, all the respondents (100 per cent) aware about ICT tools, majority of the respondents (76.67 per cent) were getting awareness about ICT tools from friends, cent percent (100 per cent) of the respondents had awareness about mobile phone, internet or web services and MS Word. Slightly less than half of the respondents (47.33 per cent) had medium level of awareness of selected ICT tools. It was found that more than half of the respondents (65.33 per cent) were having medium extent of knowledge. More number of respondents were getting knowledge through office or institution and through self, respondents getting knowledge about mobile phones followed by internet or web services and video conferencing. |
