Motion sickness is presented during air, ground and sea transportation. This is usually seen during childhood, mainly at ages between 2 to 12 years old. Nausea, pallor, sweating and vomiting are often presented during episodes, but other symptoms have been described over the last decades, affecting the quality of life of this patient’s population. Symptom description, adequate, available treatments and, vestibular rehabilitation during childhood, are some of the challenges for healthcare providers. In this review, we aimed to describe the latest findings in literature about motion sickness, with an overview on diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation.
