This paper envisages the results of Basella rubra Linn (Br-I) a shrub and Crinum latifolium Linn var Zeylanica (Cl-2) a herb studied electrochemically in vivo and vitro conditions in three different seasons employing thee pairs of electrodes (Ag-Zn, C-Zn, and Cu-Zn). The medicinal importance of plants (fleshy leaves) and phytochemical constituents in bio-fluid is chromatographically analysed and well documented. The bio-electrode potential (BEP) was determined and co-relation of results was compared graphically by depiction. The charge transfer complex was discussed in addition to effects of catalysts and neutral salts.
