From the ancient times to the present day, the herbal plants plays a major role for the treatment of various diseases from major to minor illness. In this study the medicinal plant of Citrus maxima (J.Burm) Merr was studied for its three major pharmacological activity for various part of the plant. The different and selected phytochemical constituents was selected and studied for its pharmacological activity. In this study the selected phytoconstituents from the C.maxima plant were analyzed for its Antioxidant, Anti-cancers and Anti-tumor activity. These phytoconstituents was subjected to PASS prediction and molecular docking, the constituents was evaluated through in silico analysis. First, the compound’s structure and the sources were tabulated and presented for the biological activity. For each activity 3 individual compounds were choose and predicted for its properties and the results were tabulated. The best compounds were chosen, based on the visualization of the docking score. And the results were well tabulated. So, this study proved that new novel drug can be formulated by using the herbal plants for the advanced treatment of disease without its adverse effects.
