The primary goal of this study is to assess optimal psychological well-being in nursing personnel in order to prevent psychological dysfunction. Nursing staff's psychological well-being may have an impact on patient care, the patient-nurse relationship, and the health of other healthcare workers, making psychological well-being an important consideration for nurses. The goal of this study was to find if alteration work includes nights, as conflicting to day work exclusively, is associated with risk factors that put nurses at risk for ill health and decreased work satisfaction. For this study, a secondary data gathering approach was adopted, which included a literature review. The study's aims are to identify and differentiate causes of stress, investigate the influence of job stress on their behaviour, physical and mental health, and investigate the coping techniques they use. This study aimed to characterise and compare the nursing staff's self-reported sleep quality, physical wellness, working environment, illness expertise, and job satisfaction across various shift arrange.
