Concrete fracture detection by means of visual inspection is not very reliable. In this study, we suggest an affordable and efficient technique for crack detection in concrete buildings utilizing an ultrasonic sensor. Using sonic waves for both transmission and reception, it is possible to measure the crack's width and height as well as its depth in concrete. It displays the measurement in millimeters on an LCD display and also indicates whether the concrete is strong or weak dependent on the depth of the crack.
