Abstract: A B S T R A C T Krimi Roga is the commonest encountered disease among childhood period. It is the condition which is characterized by Abdominal pain, Constipation or Loose motion, Anorexia, Vomiting, and impaired functioning of Gastrointestinal Tract due to presence of Krimi (Worms) in the GI tract. It is one of the main causes of diseases associated with health and nutrition problems beyond just gastrointestinal tract disturbances. Unhygienic Food Habits, unhygienic social habits are the strong reasons for Krimi Roga. According to Ayurveda, there are 3 types of Abhyantar Krimi depending on site of Krimi. Krimiroga is generally corelate with Worm Infestation. Globally due to intestinal parasitic infections, around 3.5 billion people are affected . Case Report - A female patient of 16year old , visited to our hospital having complaint with Anal itching(Gudkandu), Anorexia(Ashradha), Loss of appetite (Agnimandya), Abdominal, Cramps (Udarshool), white patches on face( Twakvaivarnta), Constipation (malavrodh), stunted growth. Aim and objective - To evaluate the effect of Churnodak Basti, Yog Basti and Shaman Chikitsa for relieving the signs and symptoms of Pureeshaj Krimiroga. Result - Patient got marked relief in the symptoms likely Abdominal pain, Anorexia and Anal Itching along with improvement in Gastric fire. It will be discussed in details in full paper. Conclusion – Krimiroga is a common disorder among children. Through this study we can conclude that Churnodak Basti, Yog Basti are effective in reducing the symptoms of Krimiroga.
