Abstract: In India mostly many families income is very poor, not able to buy all variety types of food, they probably purchase cheap food items, and they are facing health issues. To maintain health, a person should consume healthy food, diet planning is must, diet to be balanced diet, physical activities, and must follow RDA guidelines while preparing diet plan. In India most of the families are below poverty, due to financial conditions they are not in a position to buy all kinds of food items, food habits like repeatedly taking same kind of foods, if a person likes chicken he will mostly prefer to take chicken four or five times a week, consuming high fatty foods, fasting, missing foods (breakfast, lunch, dinner), not maintained proper time to consume food items, there is no proper idea over food items, and so on may leads to unhealthy diet, skip food or snacks due to heavy work pressure, weakness, diabetics, high blood pressure, heart diseases, anemia problems, urine problems, skin problems and also mortality. In this research, referred 33 research papers on food and nutrition, 142 types of food items taken into consideration, studied relationship between food and its nutrition, from these research we come to know when hundred grams of quality of food items are taken then how much of vitamins are supplement to human body, complete analysis milligrams (mg) is used as a measurement, and studied list of vitamins.
