With the introduction of new machines, cottage industries have experienced exponential expansion. New cottage industries' growing need for electricity also increased demand for power from fossil fuel-based power resources. Cottage industries experienced severe power problems because of the high demand for their products. Recent trend is to use renewable energy sources for the cottage sector to decrease the reliance on non-renewable sources and to lower electricity costs.
In this paper, we proposed and implemented the use of power bank with super capacitor and a battery for feeding a sewing machine. Additionally, it is demonstrated that sewing machine can run with just a super capacitor bank without a battery.
