Credit has become one of the most important inputs in modern farming. As a result, there is a need to increase credit to agriculture, increase land productivity, and improve the potential of water resources as well as their efficiency of use for agricultural production. Credit is required for the adoption of agricultural technology, the purchase of modern input and instruments, land development, the acquisition of livestock, and the purchase of raw materials, among other things. Agriculture credit plays an important role in maintaining agricultural production by allowing producers to meet their credit need during the entire cycle of crop production and at the same time provides funds for investment purposes. The present study was proposed to understand the “Utilization Pattern of Kisan Credit Card (KCC) among the beneficiaries”. For the study, Descriptive research design was adopted. One hundred and twenty respondents from Sohawal block of Satna district of Madhya Pradesh were selected purposely for the present study. The findings revealed that majority of the respondents have medium level of socio-economic profile. It was found that (48.33%) of respondents were having medium level of Utility, (33.33%) and (18.34%) come under low and high level utility of Kisan Credit Card. Maximum no. of respondents 54.16 per cent was defaulter in case of repayment. It was found that the all independent variables i.e. age, education, type of house, landholding, annual income, family type, extension contact, mass media exposure, risk orientation etc. were positively and significantly correlated with the Credit Utilization of Kisan credit Card at 0.01% of probability.
