Nanofluids, suspensions of nanoparticles in a base fluid, have emerged as promising heat transfer fluids due to their enhanced thermal conductivity compared to conventional fluids. The use of nanofluids in heat sinks has gained significant attention in recent years as a potential solution for thermal management challenges in high-performance electronic devices. This paper provides an overview of the use of nanofluids in heat sinks, highlighting their advantages, challenges, and recent advancements.
