| Abstract: | शोध सांराश- विशिष्ट बालक उन बालकों को कहा जाता है जो अपनी योग्यताओं, क्षमताओं, व्यवहार तथा व्यक्तित्व सम्बन्धी विशेषताओं की दृष्टि से अपनी आयु के अन्य औसत अथवा सामान्य बालकों से बहुत अधिक भिन्न होते हैं। प्रस्तुत शोध में वर्णात्मक शोध की सर्वेक्षण प्रविधि के द्वारा मंगलदीप विद्या मंदिर विशिष्ट विद्यालय का व्यक्तिवृत्त अध्ययन किया गया है। वर्तमान शोध का मुख्य उद्देश्य मंगलदीप विद्या मंदिर विशिष्ट विद्यालय बालकों की संख्या, रुचि एवं क्षमता का अध्ययन करना हैं। आँकड़ों के विश्लेषण से यह ज्ञात होता है कि विशिष्ट विद्यार्थियों की रुचि के अनुसार, शिक्षण प्रशिक्षण का कार्य प्रशिक्षित शिक्षकों द्वारा बहुत तन्मयता और रुचि के साथ किया जा रहा था साथ ही व्यवसायिक एवं कौशलपरक शिक्षा के माध्यम से विशिष्ट विद्यार्थियों को राजगारोन्मुखता का प्रशिक्षण भी दिया जा रहा था। |
