| Abstract: | Breast milk is the Nature's ideal nutrition that primarily supports growth and development of babies. Nowadays there is a rising tide for lactation insufficiency which ultimately affect progressive health of mother and child . One such salubrious native cuisine is "POONDU KANJI", which is a part of ancestral follow up food to enhance lactation . Furthermore it adds better cure for postpartum problems. |
