| Abstract: | HPLC-MS or High-performance liquid chromatography-Mass spectrometry is a powerful analytical technique used in clinical research and diagnostic for disease diagnosis and monitoring. It offers enhanced sensitivity, selectivity and the ability to analyse complex biological samples. The following diseases are diagnosed by HPLC-MS, Metabolic disorder, Neurological disorder, Hemoglobinopathes, Pharmacokinetics, drug monitoring, Endocrine disorders, Infectious diseases, Cancer, Autoimmune diseases, Organic Acidurea, Environmental exposures etc. This review mainly focused on Metabolic disorder and Fabry disease. |
