| Abstract: | This paper introduces the City Visitor Information and Record Management System. It helps improve safety by keeping track of people, especially in hotels. The system has two parts: one for hotels and one for the police. Managing visitor information in cities is important for providing good services. This paper suggests a simple way to set up such a system with easy-to-use interfaces and up-to-date information to make things smoother for both visitors and city administrators. |
