Abstract: Objectives: 1) To determine the post test Knowledge score for growth & development of infants among nursing students in Era Colleges of nursing at Lucknow. 2) To compare the Post-test Knowledge score for blended teaching and traditional based teaching for growth & development of infants among nursing students in Era Colleges of nursing at Lucknow. Materials and Methods: The Pre- experimental with one group post test design was used on 66 students belonging to B.Sc Nursing 3rd year students were included in the study, each student were given self structured questionnaires on learning outcome for growth and development of infants. The socio demographic data was collected. The knowledge level of students of B.Sc Nursing 3rd year students was assessed by self structured questionnaires. Descriptive statics and inferential statistics were used to analyse the data. Results: Findings related the Blended teaching group, Post-test level of knowledge score for majority of nursing students 33 (100%) had good knowledge but none of them had average and below average knowledge respectively. Conclusion: The following conclusions were made on the basis of the finding of the study: the blended teaching method has more impact on learning outcomes for growth & development of infants among nursing students.
