| Abstract: | The fusion of agriculture and tourism, represented by the ideas of agripreneurship and agri-tourism, has emerged as a revolutionary route for economic diversification, rural development, and sustainable growth in India. This study examines the incorporation of agripreneurship and agri-tourism, emphasizing their importance in utilizing India's cultural heritage, varied agro-climatic regions, and traditional farming methods. Agripreneurship stimulates innovation and economic expansion in the agricultural industry, while agri-tourism provides immersive opportunities for tourists, producing revenue and facilitating cultural interchange. This study investigates the economic opportunities, cultural interaction, and educational aspects of agripreneurship and agri-tourism in India, using empirical information and input from stakeholders. The findings highlight the capacity of these programs to stimulate inclusive economic expansion, rejuvenate rural communities, and advance sustainable development. The report provides recommendations for policymakers and practitioners to fully utilize the potential of agripreneurship and agri-tourism in India's agricultural sector. |
