The fundamental piece of all ventures having metal sheet cutting process is, typically the sheet metal cutting machine is handed manually however our undertaking pneumatic auto cutting machine is used with no human endeavours. The innovation of pneumatics has acquired colossal significance in the field of mechanization from antiquated woodworks, machine shops, and space robots. Pneumatics frameworks are noted for their effortlessness, dependability, and simplicity of activity. Likewise, they are appropriate for quick and fast use of power. Powerfully worked machines are excessively costlier for limited scope and medium scale businesses. Pneumatic machines are helpful when materials should be cut in hazardous regions like oil and gas processing plants, synthetic industrial facilities, or oil rigs just as dusty and wet conditions where electric devices are not viable. In this paper, an automatic pneumatic machine for cutting metal was fabricated. CAD model was done through Autodesk fusion 360 of AutoCAD. The pneumatic machine operated by air compressor and designed to cut 1mm thick aluminium sheets. The primary components of the designed pneumatic system include an air compressor, flow control valves, a double-acting cylinder, an actuator, and pipelines.
