Abstract: In today’s life style people often uses shoes for their attire in day to day life style . As it way more comfortable to wear . People do prefer comfy wears as in does affect their skins . Shoes now a days are been used in all sort of costume as it gives a classy and good looks . Cotton insole with citrus limon finish which is natural and which doesn’t affect the skins .Where normal insoles are some which gives rashes and which do affects their skin and those insoles aborbs high heat and affects humidity of the person’s body temperature . The advancements in shoe insole design aimed at improving comfort, performance, and overall foot health. Beginning with an overview of the importance of insoles in footwear, the paper delves into various materials and technologies utilized in modern insole construction. Topics covered include the biomechanical considerations in insole design, such as arch support, cushioning, and pressure distribution. Additionally, the role of insoles in injury prevention and rehabilitation is examined. Furthermore, the paper discusses recent innovations such as 3D printing and smart insoles, highlighting their potential to revolutionize the industry. Through a comprehensive analysis of current trends and future prospects, this paper aims to provide valuable insights into the evolving landscape of shoe insole design.
