This research paper explores the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technology into learning portals to improve student decision-making. By analyzing user preferences, learning performance metrics, and content data, web intelligence-based learning produces personalized recommendations for learning materials and resources. Through rigorous analysis, the study showed an improvement in user satisfaction and learning outcomes compared to traditional methods. The findings demonstrate the potential of AI to transform learning and provide support to improve learning. This article discusses the impact of intelligence-based learning portals on education and suggests directions for future research and development in this field.
