Abstract: This research work titled “A study on Stress Management of Employees working in CapitalVia Fintech”, was done with the main objective to study the stress level of employees working in CapitalVia Fintech, to know the elements that triggers the employee’s mental health, to study the impact and usefulness of stress management, to identify the impact of stress on employee well-being, performance and organizational outcomes, to suggest measures for coping with stress. It is descriptive research design. The Primary data has been used to collect data with the help of Questionnaire. The sample size is 140. Tools used in this study chi-square, correlation and the major findings are there is significance relationship between gender and overall well-being of the employees in the organization and there is statistically significant low correlation between employees working in the organization feeling stressed from job and employees working in the organization finding it difficult to relax after their work. The suggestion for the betterment of the company are they can go for stress management workshops and training sessions for employees and managers and then provide education on coping strategies, time management, and resilience-building techniques and they can conduct a comprehensive survey to assess the current level of stress among employees which include questions about workload, job demands, work-life balance, support systems, etc.
