| Abstract: | An important participant in India's mineral industry, the National Mineral Development Corporation Limited (NMDC), has its financial performance thoroughly examined in this research. The study evaluates NMDC's operational efficiency, profitability, liquidity, solvency, and resource utilization over a certain period using a variety of financial measures and ratios. An evaluation of NMDC's competitive position and possible areas for improvement may be obtained by conducting a comparative study with rivals and industry benchmarks. In addition, external factors like market dynamics and legislative changes are taken into account. This research helps investors, management, politicians, and the general public make educated decisions by giving them a thorough knowledge of NMDC's financial situation. This helps the firm expand sustainably and succeed in the mining sector. |
