Abstract
The investment patterns of teaching faculty play a crucial role in shaping their financial well-being and future prospects. Understanding how educators allocate their funds can provide valuable insights into their financial goals, risk tolerance, and overall financial literacy. The problem is to examine the investment behavior and choices of teaching faculty in selected colleges at Coimbatore, with a focus on understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance, and the impact of their investment decisions on their long-term financial well-being. To evaluate the level of satisfaction and performance of investments made by teaching faculty sampling technique used for the study is convince sampling. The sample size taken for this study is 250 Tools used for analysis is Simple percentage, ANOVA, Chi-square test, Rank analysis. The study reveals a need for institutional support and guidance to assist faculty members in making informed investment decisions aligned with their financial goals and risk tolerance. These insights provide valuable implications for both educational institutions and policymakers in fostering a financially secure future for teaching professionals.
