| Abstract: | The ever-evolving landscape of education, libraries continue to play a pivotal role in shaping the academic journey of students. The library, traditionally known as a repository of knowledge, has undergone a significant transformation, becoming a dynamic hub that fosters learning, research, and intellectual growth. Modern libraries are equipped with a diverse range of resources, including digital archives, online databases, and multimedia materials. where students are encouraged to engage with information in various formats. To assess the frequency of library usage among Arts and Science college students. The sample size taken for this study is 250 respondents. the study could include exploring the usage patterns of the library among arts and science college students in Coimbatore City. This could involve examining factors like frequency of library visits, reasons for using the library, types of resources accessed, and the overall satisfaction of students with the library facilities. For this study we have adopted the Convenience sampling. The analysis involved simple percentage analysis, rank analysis, chi-square test, and one-way ANOVA. The time of study the data showing that majority of female students are using the library in the present years. In the research show that the most of library usage are under graduates students and mostly they from self finance college Coimbatore. |
