Abstract: The rise and popularity of modern social media (SM), including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram social networks (SN), has changed how politicians interact with the public and conduct election campaigns. approaches to and traits of the successful research, along with their primary advantages and disadvantages, and contrasted our findings with earlier assessments. Upon identifying and analyzing 83 pertinent papers, we discovered numerous issues pertaining to methodology, sample, modeling, performance evaluation, and scientific rigor. The primary conclusions highlight the shortcomings of the most popular strategy, volume and sentiment analysis on Twitter, and the superior outcomes of novel strategies, such regression techniques trained on conventional surveys. Lastly, a forecast for next studies combining developments in process definitions, modeling,Evaluation is also covered, with several points raised, including the necessity of further research into the use of cutting-edge machine learning techniques. Here, we used election data from Twitter, a social media network, to construct an election prediction webpage for a state in Andhra Pradesh. Based on these characteristics, we analyzed user-generated tweets to identify positive, negative, and question-based material.It projects which party will win the election and displays the analysis of the tweets and the outcomes of the forecasts made based on those tweets.
