| Abstract: | Ilaprazole & Levosulpiride belongs to a group of medicines called gastrointestinal agents used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), acidity, indigestion, heartburn and peptic ulcers. A simple, Accurate, precise method was developed for the simultaneous estimation of the Ilaprazole & Levosulpiride by UHPLC in oral solid dosage form. Retention time of Ilaprazole was found 2.979 min & Levosulpiride was found 3.804 min. % RSD of the Ilaprazole was found 0.26% & Levosulpiride was found 0.25%. %Assay was obtained as 99.51% for Ilaprazole & 99.57% Levosulpiride. Regression equation of Ilaprazole y = 0.0061x + 0.0609 R² = 0.9994 & Levosulpiride is y = 4.4849x + 322.5445 R² = 0.9999. Retention times were decreased and that run time was decreased, so the method developed was simple and economical that can be adopted in regular Quality control test in Industries. |
