Abstract: The emergence of the Internet and smartphones in the 21st century has made information technology indispensable in everyday life, surpassing their earlier emphasis on organizational users in the late 20th century. The systematic review procedure was conducted following the 'Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses' (PRISMA) criteria. This involved utilizing keywords to search for relevant literature in the database. The selection of keywords was determined via a comprehensive analysis of previous review papers. The reason for focusing on the latest literature is to encompass the new and developing areas in the field of research. Among the 114 research, 62 are derived from specific theories or represent an expansion of such theories. The results of this inquiry yielded the subsequent deductions. The expanded UTAUT2 model determined that the factors of Performance Expectancy (PE), Social Influence (SI), Hedonic Motivation (H), Perceived Value (PV), Resistance to Change (Re), and Technological Innovativeness (TI) have a positive and substantial impact on Perceived Importance (PI). Furthermore, it was discovered that Perceived Value (PV) and Technological Innovativeness (TI) had a substantial and favourable impact on Future Commitment (FC). Education is essential for efficiently utilizing e-wallets, as it necessitates active participation in conducting transactions using e-wallet services.
Keywords: E-WALLET, PRISMA, REWARD, UTAUT2, TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION
