The real estate industry will always be stigmatized for its inflated prices, questionable financial investments, and complicated reform machinery that disregarded rules and ordinances. Adding insult to injury, the sector's already-present negative reputation was exacerbated by the poorly-communicated timing of demonetization, which caused a precipitous drop-in development activity due to a lack of working capital support and froze inventories. After demonetization, this study seeks to comprehend how consumers feel about real estate. Demonetization has had a significant impact on real estate, which includes land, property, and structures.
