This study explores the relationship between Electronic Human Resource Management (E-HRM) practices and sustainable competitive advantage through insights gathered from 492 HR practitioners. Employing High-Order Structural Equation Modeling via Smart-PLS, the research utilizes a convenient sample to investigate the impact of E-HRM on organizational outcomes. Hypotheses on E-recruitment, E-training, E-performance management, and E-compensation management are tested to assess their influence on employee engagement and organizational performance. The findings underscore the strategic role of E-HRM in enhancing organizational agility, responsiveness, and long-term sustainability by enabling real-time data access, analytics, and efficient HR processes. Policy implications highlight the importance of integrating advanced E-HRM technologies to optimize workforce management and maintain a competitive edge in dynamic market environments.
