Abstract
Cutis verticis gyrata (CVG) is a rare dermatological condition characterized by convoluted folds and deep furrows over the scalp, resembling the sulci and gyri of the cerebral cortex. This case report presents a 29-year-old male patient with primary essential CVG. The clinical presentation, histopathology, differential diagnosis, and management approaches are discussed, contributing to the understanding of this rare condition.
