| Abstract: | In this review analysis, the current status of herbal medication therapies for hypertension of examination. Although there are traditional treatments, herbal medicines have drawn interest as possible alternative or supplementary methods. By examining several plant species and their alleged anti-hypertension qualities, this paper investigates the historical usage of medicinal plants in the treatment of diabetes. Preclinical and clinical research examining the safety and effectiveness of these herbal remedies is critically assessed in this review, with an emphasis on the suggested mechanisms of action. These processes frequently involve lipid management, alpha-glucosidase inhibition, enhanced insulin sensitivity, insulin secretion stimulation, and antioxidant effects. The study also discusses the difficulties in using herbal remedies, including uniformity in plant material, the requirement for more thorough clinical trials, possible drug interactions. Herbal medications are a viable option for managing diabetes in spite of these drawbacks. This review offers a thorough summary of recent findings, emphasizing the potential of herbal treatments while pointing out that more study is necessary to confirm their efficacy and safety. |
