— This project presents a real-time wearable system for fall detection and posture correction using a smart hip belt embedded with multiple IMU sensors. Designed for elderly individuals and patients in rehabilitation, the device continuously monitors body orientation and motion to detect sudden falls and improper posture. Data is processed via an onboard microcontroller and transmitted to an AWS cloud dashboard for real-time visualization and alerts. Unlike traditional static or camera-based systems, this wearable solution offers mobility, privacy, and continuous monitoring. The system enables early intervention and supports remote supervision, making it highly suitable for home care and clinical environments.
