Abstract: ABSTRACT—The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into human resource (HR) functions is revolutionizing how organizations interact with their employees. Traditional HR service delivery fashions are frequently plagued by using inefficiencies, behind schedule responses, and inconsistent conversation, mainly whilst dealing with repetitive queries which includes leave requests, payroll facts, onboarding help, and policy clarification. This paper proposes an AI-powered chatbot gadget designed to automate and enhance HR service delivery via shrewd conversational interfaces.
