| Abstract: | Financial institutions world‑wide are rapidly adopting conversational AI to improve service delivery, automate repetitive tasks, and detect fraud in near‑real‑time. FinGenius is an AI‑driven banking assistant that combines transformer‑based Natural Language Understanding (NLU), predictive analytics, and micro‑service architecture (FastAPI) to offer personalised banking support. This paper presents the complete end‑to‑end design, implementation, evaluation, and future directions of FinGenius. Empirical results show the system attains 94 % intent‑classification accuracy on the Banking77 benchmark and reduces support‑handling time by 43 % in a simulated environment. |
