Abstract: : This study explores the impact of caffeine and sugar consumption on the health of office workers in Telangana, India. The study investigated the patterns of intake and their effects on nutritional and metabolic well-being among 200 working individuals aged 25-50. Using a mixed-methods approach, data was collected through a structured questionnaire, focusing on medical history, beverage consumption, lifestyle habits, and health indicators like HbA1c and RBS levels. The analysis revealed significant associations between age and caffeine intake, as well as between caffeine consumption and health indicators like RBS levels and BMI. Significant correlations were also found between occupation type and sugar intake, caffeine intake, and smoking habits. Notably, individuals with a history of hypertension showed a significant association with caffeine intake. These findings underscore the importance of addressing unhealthy consumption patterns among working populations. By highlighting the connections between sugar and caffeine intake and various health indicators, this study emphasizes the need for targeted interventions and awareness campaigns to promote healthier habits and prevent long-term health consequences.
