This paper presents CodeAndCollab, a web-based platform designed to support real-time collaborative programming with secure code execution. The system enables multiple users to edit source code simultaneously while communicating through integrated chat functionality. Built using React, Node.js, and Socket.io, the platform ensures low-latency synchronization through event-driven WebSocket communication. Secure and sandboxed code execution is achieved using the Piston API with containerized deployment via Docker. Performance evaluation shows synchronization latency below 250 ms for up to 20 concurrent users with stable resource utilization. User studies indicate improved collaboration efficiency and learning outcomes, making CodeAndCollab suitable for both educational and professional software development environments.
