The rapid growth of Software as a Service (SaaS) platform has significantly transformed the digital marketing landscape. Businesses increasingly rely on SaaS-based tools to automate, manage, and analyse their social media marketing strategies. This study aims to analyse the effectiveness of SaaS-based social media marketing strategies using the platform Leadversal for the promotion of wellness services offered by Flare Flow Wellness. The research evaluates how SaaS tools contribute to improving customer engagement, brand visibility, lead generation, and overall marketing performance. A combination of secondary data analysis and platform performance metrics was used to understand the impact of SaaS-driven marketing campaigns. The findings indicate that SaaS-based marketing tools enable businesses to optimize social media campaigns through automation, real-time analytics, and targeted audience engagement. The study concludes that SaaS platforms such as Leadversal play a vital role in enhancing digital marketing effectiveness for wellness service providers.
