This study examines the effect of digital supply chain transparency on customer satisfaction in Pakistan’s e-commerce industry, with trust and service quality as mediating variables. Digital technologies have changed how businesses manage operations and how customers purchase products online. However, many online consumers in Pakistan still face issues such as limited order tracking, unclear product information, delayed delivery, and weak communication. A quantitative survey design was used, and primary data were collected through an online questionnaire from consumers who had experience using e-commerce platforms such as Daraz, Amazon, Alibaba/Ali-Express, and local online stores. A total of 386 responses were collected, while 385 responses were used for regression and mediation analysis. The findings show that digital supply chain transparency has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. The results also indicate that transparency improves customer trust and perceived service quality. Furthermore, trust and service quality partially mediate the relationship between digital supply chain transparency and customer satisfaction, with service quality showing the stronger mediating effect. The study suggests that e-commerce companies in Pakistan should improve real-time order tracking, provide accurate product information, strengthen communication during delivery, and build reliable service systems to increase customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
