In recent days vehicle tracking system has got significance due to raising number of theft vehicles. Vehicle may not be always parked in secured place so this is a opportunity for the theft of the vehicle. So the theft can be identified immediately when an attempt is made. The access to the vehicle can be restricted only for the authenticated User after verifying their identity i.e. Bio – metric and face recognition. The system has been implemented using Raspberry pi-3 model-B Computer it is also integrated with GPS, GSM, Fingerprint and camera modules, combination of all these equipments provide live tracking and accurate, updated information about the location of status of vehicle. This implemented system provides enhanced security for vehicle and low cost anti-theft protection.
