Medicinal plants having good therapeutic importance for healthy lifestyle. Phyllanthus emblica Linn. (Euphorbeaceae), commonly known as Amla which has superior value in traditional system of medicine. It has several pharmacological properties, such as antioxidant activity and anti-inflammatory activity etc. The study was given for phytochemical investigation and analysis of antioxidant activity from three different extracts of Phyllanthus emblica prepared by the Soxhlet extraction method is presented to detect the presence of alkaloids, phenols, flavonoids, terpenoids, steroids and other phytochemicals. In DPPH analysis (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl), antioxidant activity is characterized as a stable free radical with the delocalization centred at 517nm.Checking of all these test can be done as per the procedure given in research article The present study focuses on Phytochemical screening
