Abstract: With the current explosion of technology, the healthcare system has witnessed a significant increase. However, this supportive relationship still needs to be defined and organized in order to demonstrate how well it supports various national priorities and make it universally applicable in daily life. Researchers have studied the term "e-health," which was created to describe this link, using evidence-based evaluation approaches. They have also explored the potential for setting up such systems in poor nations and the role that the government plays in utilizing these systems. Additionally, individual differences and the sociological status of persons in terms of educational background have the potential to jeopardize intense activity if not taken into account. We examine the degree of differences among educationally diverse groups regarding various e-health initiatives and practices that are being implemented. We assign various factors that can be accounted for using data collected from a random sample of the population. The study indicates divergent viewpoints in the knowledge, process, and technology domains, which account for the majority of the success of e-health in India. The results of this study strongly support the gradual implementation of the idea of e-health, considering its careful analysis and viability in light of the needs and perceptions of Indian consumers.
