Abstract: Data compression methodology used bit reduction to compress data. Compress data have reduce space capacity, cost reduction and increase transfer rate of file on network. For compression of data several algorithm is available which will maintain the quality of the reconstructed data. In this paper we represent the Hybrid approach which is combination of Huffman coding and dynamic bit reduction. The hybrid approach combines lossy and lossless compression approach to acquire high quality compression ratio of data.
