Abstract: Abstract: Hypertension is a primary risk factor for cardiovascular disease, including stroke, heart attack, heart failure, and aneurysm. Managing blood pressure is vital for preserving health and reducing the risk of these dangerous conditions. Aerobic exercise reduces the risk of many conditions. These conditions include obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, stroke and certain types of cancer. The present study was conducted to assess the effectiveness of structural teaching programme on knowledge regarding aerobic exercise to control hypertension among adults at selected community Amethi. The Main objective was to assess the effectiveness of structural teaching programme on knowledge regarding aerobic exercise to control hypertension among adults. Pre-experimental design was used in this study. 30 subjects were selected using non probability sampling technique. A semi structured questionnaire was used to assess the knowledge regarding aerobic exercise to control hypertension among adults at selected community. The findings of the study revealed that most 27 (90%) belongs to inadequate knowedge and 3(10%) belongs to moderate knowledge regarding aerobic exercise to control hypertension among adults in pre test. In the post test level of knowledge was 15 (50%) belongs to moderate knowledge, 8 (26.67%) belongs to Inadequate and 7(23.33%) belongs to adequate knowledge regarding aerobic exercise to control hypertension. This study revealed that there is significant difference between pre and post test knowledge score on aerobic exercise to control hypertension among adults (mean difference=5 and t value=7.19 , significance at 0.05 level). On the basis of its hypothesis H1 was accepted. It signifies that Structured Teaching programme is effective in increasing the knowledge on knowledge regarding aerobic exercise to control hypertension among adults
