The study’s overarching goal is to catalog the transferable abilities that will be in demand in the workforce of the future. In addition, the research intends to look into the problem of workers’ lack of soft skills, which is limiting the pool of available talent. Important “soft skills” like as leadership, interpersonal, team, entrepreneurial, and organizational abilities were discussed in the article. The findings revealed that students and professionals had different views on the value of soft skills. While talent management is a concern at the business level, we contend that schools can help make it more efficient by equipping students with the skills employers need.
