| Abstract: | India has a long and elaborated history for its traditional technique of dyeing and printing. At first the dyeing of the fabrics only done to give the fabrics some colour rather than use it in white only. After the time passes ,the colours, even the printing motives over it got diversified. These different techniques materials and decorations creates its own range of traditions that is followed till now. Due the these specified traditions of the textile production of the respective area got the special geographical recognition and value. As in the present assignment the traditional culture for dyeing and printing of Rajasthan is discussed below. |
