As organizations navigate the complexities of a globalized workforce, cross-cultural recruitment has emerged as a strategic imperative. This study delves into the intricate relationships between crosscultural recruitment, cultural intelligence, and organizational productivity.A quantitative and qualitative research design was employed to collect data from a diverse sample of employees and managers within multinational organizations. The findings suggest that cross-cultural recruitment can be a double-edged sword, yielding both positive and negative outcomes on organizational productivity.On one hand, cross-cultural recruitment can foster innovation, creativity, and problemsolving capabilities, culminating in enhanced productivity. Conversely, cultural misalignments, communication breakdowns, and leadership inadequacies can hinder teamwork, morale, and ultimately, productivity.This research underscores the critical role of cultural intelligence, inclusive leadership, and strategic diversity management in harnessing the benefits of cross-cultural recruitment. By adopting a nuanced and multifaceted approach, organizations can optimize their recruitment strategies, cultivate a culture of inclusivity, and boost organizational productivity
