Abstract: This project integrates Augmented Reality (AR), Internet of Things (IoT), and voice control technology to advance home automation using the ESP8266 microcontroller. The system is designed to provide seamless control of household devices through an intuitive interface generated over image targets. A camera continuously monitors these image targets, strategically placed within the environment, which serve as interactive control points for various appliances. When the camera detects a target, an AR interface with control buttons appears, enabling users to toggle devices on or off by interacting with these buttons. In addition to manual interaction through AR, the system incorporates voice control, offering a hands-free solution. Users can issue voice commands to control connected devices, further reducing the need for physical switches or touch-based interaction. This voice integration not only enhances user convenience but also improves accessibility for individuals with mobility issues. The system is highly adaptable, allowing users to customize the placement and layout of control buttons according to their preferences. This flexibility enables a personalized smart home setup tailored to the user's specific needs. By combining AR, IoT, and voice recognition, the project provides a secure and efficient method of modernizing home automation. It demonstrates how AR-based interactions and voice commands can redefine the user experience, making smart living spaces more convenient, accessible, and intuitive.
