This paper investigates the role of Generative AI for speculative Artificial Intelligence (GenAl) in conceptualizing and Al output), and eva simulating future technologies. It explores how models like itations of integrati large language models, diffusion models, and multimodal and development systems contribute to ideation, design, and carly-stage prototyping. The paper also discusses the influence of training data, architecture, and prompt engineering, while addressing ethical and epistemological challenges. GenAI is presented as a strategic tool to augment human creativity and accelerate innovation in research and development.
